I'm having issues when installing Visio Viewer 64 or x86 that it gets part way installing then says its complete. There's no software installed, although its showing in Programs and features? For Visio Viewer , it is generally used to open, view, or print Visio drawings when you don't have Visio installed.

Hello, I have the same issue. I installed the viewer, restarted the computer. Can you explain how to open the file in internet explorer? If I drag and drop the vsdx file in IE, IE opens a "view and track your downloads" dialog box and I'm asked to "Save", or "Save As" "Save and Open" is greyed out If I double click on the vsdx file, windows asks me "how do you want to open this file?
